All shipping is done by ground service when applicable. Freight service may also be arranged. Orders usually ship one week after they are received, unless otherwise noted. TXTR-LITE cannot be shipped to AFO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Returns:
No returns or refunds after 15 days of receipt. Claims for damage must be reported within 2 days. All returns require an RA number and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
