Terms and Conditions

Delivery Time: 3 days to 16 weeks. Orders will ship when ready unless specified otherwise.

Cancellation: Our acceptance of an order is final and binding and is not subject to cancellation by the customer. Any request to cancel is to be made in writing within 5 days of order date.

Payment: First time orders will always be Pre-paid or by Credit Card. Credit Card may be charged up to one week before ship date. Net 30 terms available on reorders if approved by our credit department or if a Credit Card is provided as back up for open account. All unpaid invoices shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (annual percentage 18%) or the legal interest rate whichever is lower, together with all cost for collection, including reasonable attorney fees. A $35 charge will be imposed for any checks returned by the bank.

Freight Charges: Freight charges are additional on all items. Shipments are FOB Tucson, AZ. palletizing $25 per pallet. Additional freight charges apply for residential deliveries, delivery appointments and inside deliveries. Unless other wise specified all items are shipped by Fed Ex Ground or FedEx Freight. EcoSphere’s ship FedEx Priority Overnight only. Shipping costs vary depending on size and weight of package.

Claims: We are not responsible for damages or loss occurring in transit. Merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Damages must be reported to Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. Customer is responsible to note specifics about damages at time of delivery. In the event of loss or damage, immediately file a claim with the delivery carrier. In the event damage is concealed and not determined until the item is unpacked, keep the packing and notify the carrier immediately for an inspection.  Customer Service must be notified of missing parts no more than 5 days after receipt.

Returns: No return of merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on the package or package will be refused.  All returns must be shipped prepaid. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from time of receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additional charges equal to our estimated cost of repairing merchandise received in damaged condition may also be made. Freight charges are not refundable or reimbursable

Limited Warranty:  No warranty exists on breakage, except during initial shipment. Ecosphere is not liable for any consequential damages..
